Our Team

Salomón Kamkhaji
Co-founder

The founder of Pulso Inmobiliario. Developed successful real estate projects in Mexico, including the New York Life Tower, Torre Manacar, Torre MAPFRE and Citicenter on Insurgentes Sur Avenue of Mexico City.
Mr. Kamkhaji has completed the senior management program at IPADE and gained an extensive business experience in the real estate industry as well as in the textile, cellulose, paper and motorcycles.

Maor Benami
Co-founder

Starting back in 2008 primarily focused on the South Florida residential market, Maor gained a rich construction knowledge while identifying the best properties to completely renovate, from start to finish, in order to maximize their market value. Due to his exceptional knowledge of the real estate industry he has been able to purchase mismanaged and distressed properties. Then renovate these properties and improve the quality of life for the tenants while increasing revenues between 27% and 56% annually.
